Does Yoga Philosophy resonate You?
Summary:
I learned what yoga is in 2014 and since then I have been practicing it with long breaks. My practice was rather superficial, without much purpose or understanding of the main philosophy. And only 10 years later, in 2024, life returned me to this practice, after guiding me gently through certain life obstacles and difficulties so that I finally dived deeper into the yoga world. In this Blog I'll be happy to share with the most inspiring knowledge about Yoga Discipline that I learn. I'm more than sure yoga is a lifelong journey, and I'll be happy if this information helps you on your way.
Yoga Changes You
It is not necessary to convince yourself of some legends. Just see if you feel the resonance, and if so, start your yoga journey today.
MAYA. Maya means illusion. Here we have an idea that the world we live in is a big illusion.
KARMA. Karma is the cosmic law of cause and effect of every choice and every intention. Karma works within the framework of Maya. The main idea is that every action and thought has its consequences.
SAMSARA. Have you ever heard of the wheel of samsara? It's a reincarnation concept, and it is based on the idea of repetition in order to finally learn a lesson. The situation will repeat itself until you live it in love and acceptance. Our soul will be choosing to be reborn again and again until we "get it".
NIRVANA or SAMADHI. Nirvana or enlightenment is called liberation from maya in which we exist. Enlightenment means seeing things as they are, not as our brain interprets them. Nirvana means liberation from Karma and Samsara because it only exists in Maya. It's a liberation from the illusion.
YOGA – is a powerful tool and asceticism to enter pure love, and get the freedom from illusory suffering.
