Why Adaptive Holistic Yoga

Summary:

In Western culture, yoga is considered to be an addition to some kind of sport, and the first association with the word β€œyoga” is relaxation techniques or light stretching rather than a power practice. But true yoga wasn't like that. Adaptive Holistic Yoga – is not just an addition to the gym, running, or other sports, but is holistic as it has all the elements of highly intensive work. On the other hand, it is adaptive, so it is suitable for almost everyone if there are certain contraindications.

The Reasons why to choose Adaptive Holistic Yoga

Adaptive Holistic Yoga is based on ancient traditional yoga, but each of its elements can be explained by scientific methods.

Working in the system of Adaptive Holistic Yoga, muscles stimulate the production of steroid-type hormones (testosterone and somatotropin), which prevent the occurrence of atherosclerosis and promote the renewal of the whole body, weight loss, and rejuvenation.

Adaptive Holistic Yoga combines the best elements from different directions into one system, but at the same time has its own unique blocks, such as the Rudra Dance (an active dynamic sequence of asanas in a HIIT mode), the direction of strength or mobility. The whole body in asanas is activated on the level of big and small internal muscles.

It is active, intense, effective and diverse. Thanks to this practice, you develop strength, flexibility and endurance of both body and character.

One of the most important losses is the loss of time.

The method is originally taught in Ukraine by its founder Yurii Sulyk, but is actively spread around the world by his students, such as myself and others. The methodology is constantly supplemented and improved by instructors, there are constant trainings, retreats, lectures online, so here you can also save your time, developing your practice.
